1. Each driver must be 25 years or older.
2. Driver should be driving for at least 3 years.
3. In the event that the driver is under 25 and has been driving for a period exceeding 3 years, that driver will be charged US $10.00 per day.
4. Each Driver of the rented vehicle must purchase
a Local Driving Permit at a cost of US 20.00.
5. Driving Permits are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue.
6. A new Driving Permit has to be purchased if the 3months has expired during the course of the rent.
7. Any Additional Drivers other than the main driver of the Rented Vehicle will pay a daily charge of US$10.00.
8. Foreign Drivers License must be valid for a period exceeding the length of the Rent.
9. The Maximum driving age is 65 years of age.
10. LDW(Loss Damage Wavier) for Cars and Small Jeeps will be US$12.00 daily.
11. LDW(Loss Damage Wavier) for SUV's, Minivans and Buses will be US$20.00 daily.
12. SLI (Supplementary Liability Insurance) will be US$5.00 daily.
13. Loss Damage Wavier if purchased does not cover punctured Tyres.
14. Baby Seats are available for rent at a Rate of US$5.00 per day.
15. Baby Seats has to be requested at the time of the booking.
16. Cruise ship passengers are picked free of charge up at the port of entry and taken to the head office to complete the rent.
17. Cruise Ship passengers will be taken back to their Port of entry at the end of the rent free of charge.
18. Customers are asked to contact the Head
Office in the event that they wish to extend the period of the Rent.

19. With respect to fuel the customer has an option to either have the cost of fuel added to the bill at termination of the Rent or return the vehicle with the
same level of Fuel at the commencement of the Rent. (gas level will be marked on the check list provided by Dollar Rent A Car and Signed by the Customer to acknowledge gas level).
20. There are 3 locations other than the Head Office which are located at VCB International Airport, Jolly Beach Resort and the Allegro Resort Grand Pineapple Resort.
21. Airport location operates from 7.30 am to 11.00 pm daily.
22. Head Office operates for 8.00 am to 5.00 pm daily.
23. Jolly Beach and Allegro Resort Grand Pineapple operates from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm daily.
24. All queries are handled at the Head Office.
25. Customers can choose the point (Name of Hotel) at which vehicles are to be picked up. There is no additional charge.
26. All Customers are required to leave and imprint of their Credit Cards at the commencement of the Rental.
27. In the event that cash is used to secure the cost of the rent the customer has to leave the full amount to cover the full cost of the Rent as well as an additional deposit of US$300.00 which will be returned at the end of the rent.
28. Customers have the option to pay cash for the Rent at the end of the rent. At this point the Credit Card imprint is destroyed.
29. The Time of commencement of Rent will be indicated on each Rental Contract as well as the Time the Rent expires. Customer will be given a grace period of 1hour thereafter a Late Fee Penalty will be applied to the contract @ US$10.00 per hour.
30. Credit Cards accepted are Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and Diners Club Card.
